We have various food items for sale at different times of the year.  If you are interested in something particular, feel free to give us a call to find out it's status.

I'm in Tulsa a couple of times a week and have no problems delivering your purchases to that area.

All our beef is pure bred Scottish Highlander cattle and is grass fed out on our 120 acres of rolling osage hills.  During the winter months, they are fed hay grown on our place.  We also treat them with 20% cattle cubes to give them a little extra energy on cold days.  We usually split a 50lb bag between 30 head of cattle and a horse.

Our eggs are laid by breed named Cherry Eggers.  They are drug free chickens raised in our back yard from chicks.  We occasionally hatch new chicks to replenish our flock.  We usually have eggs in stock unless its in the late fall/early winter when they shut down to molt and regenerate their egg makers.

We are on hold raising more pork until I can get a new fencing/pen area built and permanent shelters in place with better watering systems.  We are currently researching the breed we want to raise for our pork production.  I'm leaning towards mule foots.

Honey and Bees are in the process of being planned out as well.  We are making final plans to start establishing our colonies.
